
The Bible talks about camping quite a bit, probably because the Patriarchs lived in tents! And of course, David and others lived in tents when they went to battle, and the tabernacle was a tent (the Tent of Meeting). Enjoy this list of verses that are applicable to modern camping!

The Israelites are to set up their tents by divisions, each of them in their own camp under their standard.
Numbers 1:52
You will know that your tent is secure; you will take stock of your property and find nothing missing.
